Wondering What to get the kiddies for Xmas????

I just checked out this list of the "Greatest Toys of all Time" on Retrocush. It made me realize not only that I was a spoiled brat because I actually owned MORE THAN HALF of the toys on the list, but also how lucky I was not to be permanently maimed by many of said toys.

Unfortunately, I don't happen to own any of these toys any more- if I did, maybe I would be a millionaire (or I could be arrested because some of them have since been banned.

Seriously, you should read the blurbs about each toy. They are very, very naughty, and some even sound like they could have been written by Garrett. Hilarious! Enough, said?

Please to enjoy.... and let me know if you've owned any of the good ones on the list. If you still have 'em, I'll be right over! : )

I was wondering what to do with my viewmaster, but after I looked on ebay and saw it was worth like five bucks :(

milky the cow scares the crap out of me!

I think we have teh goatse carebear upstairs in a bag ;) or maybe it was a bag of cabbage patch kids in a bag. or maybe just a bag full of body parts, I haven't looked inside for a while...

those kids on teh big wheels...like that shit would fly these days!!! and that last kid was doing like 20MPH!

jarts = thinning the herd...as in, if you hang out with tards who are going to impale you with jarts, you are too stupid to reproduce.

"I even bought a few Asian Barbie dolls, so they could enjoy their weekend passes with style."

I just want to point out that Shelley-belly's children still use the magic 8 ball to make important decisions in their lives. And I bet it cuts down on the hostility. For instance, last week the eldest 2 used it to decide who had to sit in the back seat. And they both were then fine with the outcome. Who are they to argue with the great magic 8 ball?

I kicked ass on Simon.

I used to love a barrel of monkies but I bet a barrel of junkies would be much more fun.

Weebles were my favorite. I got a weeble tree house one year for Christmas and nothing has topped it since.

I don't think I even have to say anything about slinky and etch a sketch.

I owned all those good ones (Including jarts and I lived to tell the tale) but I had forgotten about the Slime in the garbage can, Stretch Monster (Stretch Armstrong's rival) and a few other wierd ones. What kind of kid likes junk like that? Me of course! Plus I worshipped at the altar of Smurf, owned several Holly Hobbie dolls, and at one point possessed every Star Wars Action figure ever created. Alas they are long gone now. I'll bet they go for more than $5.00 on ebay!

That's great stuff!!
I do still have all my Cabbage Patch kids (8 I think)and Care Bears upstairs...been wanting to give them to needy children but not sure how to do that.
I loved my Powder Puff big wheels...Bob & I used to have races around the pool...he had Spiderman.
Oh, I still have my Strawberry Shortcake dolls too...and they still smell good after all these years!!
We used to play jarts at the River...never got hit by one, but I have been hit by a dart...thanks Bob!
Oh, and who can forget playing the Ouija board in a cemetery in the middle of the night with my dad???? Now that is what you call a good time!!!
Although Bob & I had many of those toys...there were a few toys I coveted...Simon being one of them...and Rubick's Cube. A couple years ago I finally purchased RC...I'm going to have to bust it out when I get home!!!
